Where we ship

Cedar Dune Home LLC ships Sand CloudL orders to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not currently send parcels to P.O. boxes that a carrier cannot service, or to locations outside the U.S. unless a listing says otherwise.

Cost and timing

Qualified U.S. orders ship free. Processing usually takes one to two business days. Transit time after pickup depends on the carrier and destination, typically 2–7 business days.

Cutoff for same-day handoff is 2:00 PM ET on a business day, capacity allowing.

Risk of loss

Title and risk pass when the carrier scans the package. If a parcel shows delivered and you cannot find it, contact the carrier and then [email protected] so we can open a trace.

Wrong or damaged parcels

Photograph the box and the item within 48 hours of delivery and email [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund under the Returns & Refund Policy.
