Unused Sand CloudL items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping on eligible U.S. orders is covered once you have an RMA.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to send back.
  2. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Do not ship without it.
  3. Pack the goods, include the RMA, and use the label we provide.

What we cannot take back

Opened personal-care items (including sunscreen), gift cards, and pieces marked final sale. Items that are washed, worn, or missing tags may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

Refunds

Once the warehouse inspects the return, we credit the original payment method. Card refunds follow your bank’s posting time. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong SKU.
